Only result I could find for the US is $200 for that filter. Myhenry website doesn't sell it either. Weird.

Christ, 8:30 destroyed my eardrums. Any advantage/disadvantage with using the TriTex filter on the Henry 160/200? Also, from my understanding, the standard filtration on the Henry 160/200 is solid. Would the allergy model be more for those with *severe* allergies?
@PerformanceReviews2 жыл бұрын
The standard filtration in the United States is the "tritex filter" comes with every model except for the cordless, petcare and this machine. The advantage of this is for people with severe allergies or a particular type of allergy. You would also want this if you thought you needed to filter out lead or asbestos.
@brody26422 жыл бұрын
@@PerformanceReviews thanks. How would you rate the standard US vs the other stuff on the martlet
@sprockkets Жыл бұрын
Vacuum wars noted only a particle count of 15 for the plain Henry. The bag and pre filter do the job. The post hepa filter is only there to really filter out carbon dust from the motor. I have yet to find a reasonably priced replacement for that filter as well, and even myhenry, the official website, doesn't sell them.

We are getting a new vacuum for our house. We have about 60/40 hardwood to carpet. A few area rugs sprinkled in. Love the filtration on this one but, worried about the performance on carpet. Suggestions?
@PerformanceReviews2 жыл бұрын
Give it a try if it doesn't work return it. I would recommend a Miele C3 s your next step up for carpet

I love Henry Vacuums. I just wish they had q power head. I guess they had one a few years back, but it must have not have worked out for them because it was short lived. I have looked at lithium power heads, but they are pricey. I still might breakdown and get one.

A good alternative would be a Lindhaus HF6

Where can you officially buy these in the United States? Can you buy them on their website or do you need to go somewhere else?

Damn Good teaser. I'll wait for the full review. I'm on the fence between this and Soniclean WhisperJet C2 Canister Vacuum Cleaner.
@PerformanceReviews2 жыл бұрын
Between those two I would pick Henry due to Henry being an established brand you know that you can get parts and bags down the line. The other vacuum you're referring to is yet another rebranding of the Bissell Zing/Simplicity Jill which would be much better options if you were trying to stick on a strict budget

Would you recommend this over the Karcher CV300? I have mostly hard floors but also high-pile area rugs (
@PerformanceReviews2 жыл бұрын
If you're just doing area rugs and no wall to wall carpet. You'll find a straight suction canister like a Henry to be superior in just about every way to an upright. Yes with the allergy you need to purchase the TK286 turbine tool separately. The other thing you might consider looking at would be a Miele C3 Calima. This would be the equivalent machine in their lineup.

I have 3 dogs, 5 cats and allergies. Except for the fur/hair pickup, I don’t need smell reduction They aren’t especially smelly, just furry. Do I need a pet or allergy kind especially?
@sprockkets Жыл бұрын
All Henry's do a good job filtering with the bag and pre motor filter. You would only need this one to filter out the carbon dust from the motor.
@nmvac822 жыл бұрын
So they don’t offer a power nozzle? I guess need to Zambrano’d 😞😩😂

How does the filtration compare to say MIele or Sebo canisters? I think you did a basic air quality test in one of your old videos? Also does the barrel seem well sealed? Some reviewers claim it's not a sealed system. I 'm finding it hard to choose between the karcher t11/1 which has a hepa 14 filter and claims 'hospital grade filtration' and is only a fraction of the price, and this one.
@PerformanceReviews2 жыл бұрын
It's A step above SEBO right now both Henry and Miele are rated at "HEPA 13" I have to say the maneuverability of this machine will probably make it stick out over the Karcher. Hope that helps.
