I was at my local gunshop today and checked one out, priced just under $900 and had a serial number in the 8000 range. It is a very good looking gun and is smooth as silk

First range session today with mine. Quality fit and finish through and through. I have the birds head model and it conceals easily with the Bianchi Cyclone 111 in crossdraw. Its the L frame version and it fits perfectly. Great trigger and accuracy was bullets touching at 7 yards off hand. It rolls in the hand a bit with the 158 grain hollow point but the top "flair" of the grip stops it from rolling anymore and getting hammer bite. Well thought out.

Henry makes some great guns, an I am really liking the looks of this revolver. I feel compelled to point out, though, that this company has nothing to do with Tyler Henry, or the original rifles. It was founded in the mid 1990's.

I would like to see Henry come out with a 44 magnum and 41 magnum and of course a 357 magnum but with 6" and 7" barrels with and integrated pic rail or the option of adding a rail for red dot or magnified optics for hunting deer or whatever and with fully adjustable rear sight

I have this revolver in a gunfighter grip. I liked it so much. I bought myself a henry 357 rifle in brass to match. Even though I already have the 357 in color case. Now if and when they come out with the 44 or 45 colt. I guess I will be buying those also.

I really hope they make an “x” version with fiber optic front and rear sights. Something that allows for 3rd party sights even. Polymer grip. Something you wouldn’t be afraid to be rough on.

THANKS for the video. I own the Big Boy Classic 357 rifle and i have been waiting forever for this revolver to get added to the California approved firearms list. Thank God, that FINALLY happened, but that Henry shaved/smoothed forcing cone has me concerned. I never saw it up close until now. I would rather snag a cleaning rag than crack a forcing cone.

I want the Birdshead but here in Commiefornia they'll only allow the Gunfighter. For now, I'm ordering the Gunfighter. If the Birdshead gets released ill get that too . Twos better than one.

If it was top break it'd be worth it otherwise I just get a Smith & Wesson from their classic line there ain't much difference and quiet Forest quality go Smith & Wesson is probably a little better I'm not saying Henry ain't got really good quality and I thought I'm thinking about getting a big boy Mare's Leg but I think I'd rather get a carbine

Richard , these have been showing up in my area for a month for $750. I got one and it is great and I also have a model 60 and would never give that up. The Henry is much heavier and recoil is much less.

Henry really screwed up on this they should make a modern top break revolvers but I would have made the hammer brass too And the cylinder

A brass cylinder? Be sure to wear good PPE. I would love to see more break tops but the cost would be much higher and magnums out of the question.

I have revolver barrels turned to adjust for windage all the time. Once set, they are good to go. Takes very little movement to correct.
