Using this right now because I live on a slab and it shifts twice a year so before winter I go up and tap them down and seal it right at the vent on the peak of the roof. Never used this brand so hope it works for a year

Depends on installation, but I used Henrys (with the repair fabric) on a leaky pergola and it has held up for almost two years. I noticed a small leak in a particular area today, but it seems to be because I didn't apply enough the first time. I feel like I had to apply flexseal every 2-3 months before. Go Henry!

Former roofer with a current leak here. I'm about to do this to myself! I hated having to tear it off too, but it'll mitigate a lot of interior water damage in a situation where a tarp won't.
