I've watched almost all of Henry's spoken word performances, and this must be the most powerful and heartfelt story he's ever told (albeit with some of his typical intense humor thrown in) even before he got to the details of Joe's death.

This is so painful to watch. I had a best friend when I was younger who died from a gun as well. As fucked as it is, it's nice to know someone else has been through something similar. Love you, Henry.

If Joe had lived, I wonder how differently Henry's life would be by today? I bet he would've still done most of the same stuff, but having Joe to experience and share it with could've changed it a little. They'd probably still be tight, the way he and his good friend Ian are.

He called in the 'robbery'. Yet he was picked up because he says he 'fit the description'. He called it in as two black guys, he said. I smell bullshit. Think Lance Armstrong if you struggle to believe he can be shady. I smell a rat.

Henry says he was at the video store not the grocery store. So was he still holding the groceries while he was face down in the driveway? Did the guys with guns have him pick up his groceries and carry them inside? The story sounds fishy.
@katevielle42637 жыл бұрын
David D I personally don't think so. I think him and Joe were soulmates & he was tragically murdered. It's very common for victims of such traumatic events to remember different things from the event. Henry has added different little details each time I've heard him tell the story. If you look up another one, he mentions both he and Joe set the groceries down on the sidewalk when the murderers told them to get on their knees. You just have to do some research and piece it together, yo.

Wow you're so edgy. How does someone be as edgy and cool as you? Being able to talk shit about someone online behind a screen and keyboard, saying something you would never in your pathetic life say to their face, it must be amazing. Being able to trash someone online who will never read your worthless comment because they have a life and you have nothing. Because you are nothing. Speaking of gay... Freedom's Reign? Is that your band. Lol. Wow. That is literally the gayest thing I've ever seen. 4 middle aged angsty looking losers trying to sloppily rock out with what looks like the production of a local news broadcast. How about putting in some fucking practice before you spend your 401k on a music video that 850 people watched? Holy fucking shit dude you suck ass.
