Anyway, this may be the first time I've seen Henry: a)Sing with a shirt on. b)Sing with long pants on. c) Sing with less than a full throttle scream. And yet he still has the same manic energy as usual. Also funn him and Steve Jones on the same stage, They were both DJS at same LA radio station at the time.

I am a massive fan of his, but I didn't think he possessed much range beyond the voice we heard in Black Flag and in Rollins Band... but damn man!! he is singing in tune, I can hear him clearly, and again, he is pleasantly carrying the rather boyish melody with a touch of his signature voice stylings

The other guy is Daniel Rey, who got his start in a punk bank called Shrapnel (which also featured 2 future members of Monster Magnet; check Shrapnel's old video "combat love"- future MM lead singer Dave is a live ringer for Johnny Ramone). Rey went on to become a successful producer, doing a lot of Ramones stuff, the Misfits, Murphy's Law, early White Zombie, and lots more. He also was Joey Ramone's guitarist on his solo albums and solo concerts, and did uncredited lead work on a bunch of Ramones recordings. He's one of the inner cirlcle Ramones crew AND a bona fide punk rocker; I bet he's playing only downstrokes like he's supposed to :) Steve on the other hand, is clearly gonna play like Steve.
