I took a break to watch his Emmy speech, and I'm all teared up! I was a 12 year old when Happy Days debuted, and Henry has been a joy in my life for over 50 years. Well played, old man, well played.

What a kind, sharp, heart-filled Soul the Fonz is. Every word he uttered made me feel deeply happy. Knowing a man with these sensitivities exists is redemptive.

Please have him back ASAP. Henry is one of the most honest human beings who in spite of having a harsh childhood became such a loving person. I too have had old school parents who would berate you instead of help you fix your problems. I totally agree to help your children, help them, not yell at you on why you failed. Children need to be parented and helped not tell them to figure it out yourself.

I’ve met several actors thru the years, but only 2 ever had me tongue-tied. I almost tackled Tom in the Burbank airport one time and begged him to come to my city to do a show. Then a few months later I was in line behind Henry and his wife at LAX airport and stumbled all over my words telling him he was my childhood hero. Both were calm, gracious, and genuine in their appreciation for my enthusiasm. National treasures, both of them.

Henry Winkler is who helped me understand what it was that actors do. I was about 10 when Happy Days started and the Fonz became not only the most famous character on television, but a cultural phenomenon. Anyway, like everybody else, I loved the Fonz. And then I remember seeing Henry Winkler on a talk show or something & I was just blown away by how different he was to the Fonz. And then the light bulb came on & I realized: "Oh, now I get it. Actors are not the characters they are playing. They are pretending to be somebody else." It was quite the revelation.

I met Henry Winkler at FanExpo in 2005 maybe 2006 in Toronto - the most sweetest man ever! I was all hot and sweaty from running to his booth to make it there on time and he still gave me the biggest hug ever. ❤ Real One ☝️ and wish I could act in a scene with him 💯and had No Idea he had reading issues. He surely has over come that obstacle. 🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻

I thoroughly enjoyed this entire interview! Henry seems like a really warm human! His observations about having a learning disability so young and how it shaped his entire being resonated. I was miserable my entire youth because I was constantly reminded of how stupid and bad I was. Some people should not be parents.

I adore this. Grew up watching Happy Days and always wondered why there was a banner hanging on the set of Arnold’s that said ‘Stacey’. That is my name, same spelling, I realized decades later that is his wife’s name and that may be why it was there? This is my fourth episode watching Tom’s sit downs. His calmness and pacing is so comforting. Thank you for these episodes. 😊

I’m going to make a big mistake here, but I listened to his book on audible and was shocked! That stinkin book literally has everything. Every emotion, every detail, everything! He really gives us so much. And then I had to buy the thing and read it so I could, as well, hear it in the voice of the Fonz. Idk. I’m still 8 yrs old at heart. lol. I love Fonzie and I so adore Henry. Thank you for this interview!! 💙

I can't imagine the sort of person who doesn't absolutely adore Henry Winkler. The Fonz was the best, but honestly I find Henry's character and gentleness to be transcendent. The world is a better place because he is in it and even more so because his chosen profession has allowed that light to be seen and felt by all of us regular people out here. ❤️❤️

I feel compassion for all funny people. As I'm laughing, I'm thinking, "wow, where did they come from?" (I feel similarly for all performers.) Witty and funny are two different things. I believe that performative humor comes from a dark place. Bless them all.

Both political parties directly interfered with the 2020 election and 600,000 Americans died that didn’t need to. They won’t investigate that but they’ll go play games to meet people. You are an embarrassment, federal government, and that includes Secret Service, who physically attacked me, and then lied to the media about every single detail to include who I was.
