@@princesszhakarey3857 If your HBsAg is reactive or positive means you have infection with hepatittis b. But the infection is acute, or chronic need to do some other tests. Your doctor will be suggested.

My hbsag eclia test at 3.5 after exposure is 0.422(negative)and cmia result after 4.5 months is 0.41(negative)and at 5months eclia is 0.576(negative).. my anti hbc(eclia) total is non reactive at 5months.. so should I repeat the test

As per your reports, it seems you are free from infection. But still you need to do same test after 3 months to make sure. Because this virus is very dangerous it can turned to positive after sometime.

My uncle did a test for hepatitis and the first time was positive for hep c but when he did the second was negative (hep b and c), after he had to go to another Dr., in contrast, was positive for hep B. Dr could you explain to me why?

Hepatitis B surface antibody or Anti-HBs. The protective level of immune response after vaccination is called >10 IU/ml, if any person taken successfully 3doses vaccinated against hepatitis B in that case it will be happened. Then Anti-HBs will be developed in a person ≥10 IU per ml, it means the person is immune against hepatitis b. But as you told, your Anti-HBs

If you are a chronic hepatitis B patient, then in every 10 years difference doctor will do a liver biopsy test. Because biopsy can tell the exact condition of the liver going on currently.

This is very clear, your liver doctor will not do granuloma wounds treatment or surgery. Better you can consult in dermatology department. Granulomas can be a part of the immune system’s response to infection, inflammation, irritants etc. exact causes not cleared yet.

Dont worry viral level is quite low at the moment. But you need to do same test after 6 months also other blood tests are mandatory along with DNA. your doctor will suggest you such as HBV DNA LFT HBsAg HBeAg fibroscan/ultrasound

HBV vaccine protected from HBV upto 95% only 5% chances is in doubt. Overall I would say, 95% means you are 100% protected, because HBV vaccines are very advanced today. So dont worry about it, if you are vaccinated already, but I would suggest use condom will keep you safe forever.

@@sabirsatech233 Depends on your hbv dna viral load. If it is high, medicine will continue for 6mo or more. If it is very high, then it will take 1-2 years 1 tablet on daily basis. In some cases dual medications will be prescribed as per the patient's conditions.
