Use The planetary magic book with a heptagram and sigils of the planets together to charge a sigil. I have been practicing using this for my Solomonic sigils for months. I have been enlightened on many different ways and have been able to see the astral realm in a new way. Like I had death oil. I cast with the 1st of Solomon and had a conversation with the deity known as death. Now he wasn’t what you’d think. He wasn’t the skeleton. He was just like any human but with a different aura. Very bright. I asked him if I was going to die and he was straightforward and direct. He was very clear about his plans. That the 9 guardians of the heavens have a different plan for me. Metatron and Michael were both there but not in physical form. It was an astral experience I will never forget.

This goes to show you Intent is the first and foremost power of your Ritual. The correspondences are there to help guide our analytical conscious mind to connect what we're doing to the proper Energy. As long as it makes sense to you that calms and satisfies the conscious mind, you can perform your Ritual in the Subconscious mind, which is were the "real" Magick takes place. This makes me feel so much more at ease. I’ve been stressing that I’m “doing it wrong”. Ive read books where they say that if it’s not geometrically perfect that it’s all wrong and believe me, I know that places half the part, but I’ve incorporated my own twists and it’s working for sure! I’ve even created a name for my own little temple. My apartment is an apartment by day but a temple of Magick at night.

@FraterMoses33 "Success is thy proof". Let your practice inform your theory, not the other way around. Remember, Magick is an "Art" just as much as it is a "Science", and Art is Subjective. If you're getting results making your own modifications, then I'd say you're on the right path. Cheers!

I love listening to you talking about ritual, as it really makes me think. You see I cannot help but giggle as you explain the rituals, as I contemplate the riddiculousness of it all. Please don't think I am being derogatory towards you beliefs or practices, nor indeed any other ritual magicians. It also exposes my own 'madness' for taking ablutions, engaging is stange movements and chanting Classical Arabic words I don't fully understand, five times a day. As I say the absurdity of it all makes me think why do we do it and why do we feel a need to do. Which, of course, are really profound thoughts. Maybe that is the real point of ritual, it saves us from contemplating why, on a constant basis.

The Golden Dawn heptagram has Saturn at the top with Chaldean order as you travel clockwise along the figure and the order of the days of the week as you travel along the outside of the figure. Surprised you missed this one. There's a whole chapter in the GD brick about geometric figures.

I like where your video goes with aligning the heptagram planetary assignments with the tree of life. This has always been an awesome ongoing debate how the elements, followed by planetary powers, followed by zodiacal powers correspond on to the Tree of Life and the four worlds. A very simplisitc view is that the elemental powers (air, earth, fire and water) manifest and operate in the spheres of Yesod and Malkuth, with some direction from Hod and Netzach. Then some may say that either the spheres of Malkuth or Yesod are the prime directors of elemental powers. Then the Planetary powers which are next in line as we go up the tree; it can be postulate that the planetary powers are centered around Tiphareth, with the surrounding spheres all in operation about Tiphareth. In other words, the planetary powers are centered about the Sun (at Tiphareth) surrounded by all the spheres of yesod (moon), Hod (mercury) etc.This would leave the zodiacal powers centered around the spheres of kether, chokmah and binah. But there are also expanded discussions in the literature how one could map the elemental, planetary and zodiacal powers onto the four interlinked tree of lifes which represent the four worlds of assiah, yetzirah, briah and atziluth, but I digress; I have found that if you simply want to emphasise Sun as Tiphareth and better align the heptagram to the Tree of Life focussed on tiphareth, one can simply rotate the Aurum Solis assigned heptagram such that Sun is at the top; then of course Sun is in the middle pillar; when facing the heptagram, mercury, saturn and mars are on the 'left' in line with the pillar of severity; and jupiter and venus are on the 'right' side of the heptagram and in line with the pillar of mercy. Of course, the outlier in this heptagram will be the moon, which also falls on the right and is thus in the pillar of mercy.....where the moon should ideally be in the middle pillar. So to conclude, simply rotating the Aurum Solis heptagram such that sun is on top does give a heptagram that is closely aligned with the planetary assignments as in the Tree of life (with Mercury, saturn, mars) on the 'left' pillar of severity and jupiter and venus on the 'right' pillar of mercy. The only outlier with this rendition is that moon remains in the pillar of mercy. Of course, when visualising your body in line with the Tree of life as in the Kabalistic cross, the pillar of severity is on the right and the pillar of mercy is on the left :-)

This is awesome! I was seeking to learn about the Hexagram Rituals, and watched those two videos on your channel first. Intrigued by the Heptagram, I watched this video as well. I already do the daily Orphic Hymn for the Planet of the day of the week, so adding the Heptagram to that will be quite a nice touch. Then asking for blessings, giving thanks, and saying parting words to finish; will make it complete! I can see why you much prefer the Heptagram over Hexagram rituals. Just by coincidence, I just purchased Planetary Magick by Denning and Phillips yesterday! 😁

Thanks FF, I resonate a lot with this method. It also reminds me that while walking the path of these traditions, the lack of unanimity in the details of these techniques leaves some room to make the practice our own (while being as aware and informed as possible of why we make adjustments). I've personally decided to go with this Heptagram Ritual for planetary invocations (instead of the unicursal hexagram method I was using before), and keep the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Hexagram for general planetary banishings and daily practice (as well as bringing down the light as a method of drawing LVX energy, as described by Damien Echols in his channel).

Guys! KEEP IT SIMPLE! If you would be enough or at least partially initiated into mythology and torsion physics and deep astrology you would KNOW, that the sun is the centre and the first planet, but it's related to the last day of the week, SUNDAY, so it does not matter if IMO if you draw the sun in the middle of the heptagram or if you do the "classic" way, which means the sun is placed on the first point of the heptagram or on the bottom right of the heptagram. Do what feels right, listen to your intuition. Keep in mind that a magician is not bound to follow all rules. Yes, you must follow some rules, but NOT ALL. Magick means creation, which means, that a hardcore magician is willing to create his own rituals and improve already existing rituals or adjust already existing rituals to his liking.
