Check out the case of Murderer Kouri Richins in Utah. She had a great life with her husband Eric Richins. She was working at Home Depot as a checker when she met Eric. He and his best friend had started a very successful masonry business after college. She had tried to poison him before. The 3rd time she murdered him with fentanyl. He had gotten suspicious and secretly seen a divorce attorney, was trying to protect his 3 sons and be able to get custody of his sons before moving out so he could take them with him. He was right because at a bond hearing yesterday, she had taken out life insurance policies on the children. It’s believed she was probably going to murder them for money. She became angry with Eric because he would not buy her a 20,000 square foot home. The day after he died, she bought the home and had the audacity to have a party there.😡

LE, forensics & everyone involved did an awesome job finding & putting everything together with all their combined knowledge to solve her horrific murder. Very well done✔️✔️✔️ Only 13 years???!... He should have received the death penalty for everything he did to her! Plus, using her lil boys baseball bat to kill her & leaving her lil boy without his mommy forever! 💔 Rest Easy Carmen~ I'm so sorry 💔

Gotta wonder...I've been living in the same spot for nigh on 8 years, with partners, guests, small gatherings, pets...and there is literally ZERO blood anywhere. If you pick up blood in any home, at the volume you see here...then shit has gone down that shouldn't have...people clean that up right away from an accident, it's a bio-hazard. If you see it...shit has gone down.

As others have already pointed out, this is not my idea of justice. A premeditated murder, desecration of a body by the murderer, robbing an innocent child of his mother, and all the rest. The sentence does not reflect an adequate punishment for such a horrendous crime. Not knowing how the NZ laws are structured regarding Capital murder makes me think it is possible to take another person’s life and receive a mild slap on the wrist kind of punishment. Not justice.

If you want to basically get away with murder go to the UK. THEY OFTEN talk about how harsh punishment is in America….when you take a life, you should expect to give up yours. Murdering and dismembering a young women’s body …and the penalty is ONLY 13 years? That’s an insult not only to the victim but to her family and friends as well! In America he would have gotten a life sentence, that’s what he deserved!
