Doesn't every restaurant owner underpay the staff grossly? I don't supprt that economy at all. Me and my friends just took some cooking courses or did research on techniques, and now we dine at each other's houses, sometimes one feeds all, sometimes we all cook together. I will hopefully never have to see another restaurant from the inside. 🎉
