I grew up listening to Herb and Janet on Good Times. Herb Alpert is Jewish but somehow got started in Latin music.

I am a big fan of Herb Alpert. I have never heard this version of this song. Thanks for sharing. The particular album with this song was somewhat of a departure from his other work, but it was brilliant nonetheless. However, "Making Love in the Rain", another track from this album, is an undiscovered and under-appreciated gem.
