It’s funny you say that because Chinese medicine has been well known for centuries dating back since shang-Hi dynasty they have a couple temples that has inscripted medicine remedies and have been studying this and adding to the walls everything they have learned. 💯 facts! At www.jades-corner.com they have lots of stuff for pain and inflammation, there are some diets on there under the Contraband Tab, and all of their stuff is very good! Also i would say, try a ginger poultice at your house. Ginger, a napkin, and some saran wrap. Grate the ginger, fold it in a napkin, place on area of pain and secure it in place with saran wrap, may also need some tape if you are moving around. The wrap will stop you from staining all your stuff.

@@user-ys9xx6hr1y the ginger poultice is a topical application that can reduce inflammation and i have seen weeks if not months of relief from sciatica after using it once. You have to change what you eat. You have to stop the foods that aggravate and increase inflammation and toxins in the body. No pork, shellfish, catfish, bottom feeders. If you eat mushrooms, take a break from that also. Increase water consumption to close to a gallon as possible. But its easier to divide your weight by half and drink that amount of water AT LEAST every day. So if you weigh 400 pounds, you need to drink 200oz of water a day. Use honey instead of sugar. Use celtic sea salt or hinalayan pink salt instead of regular table salt. These things will reduce your inflammation and you should feel like you have a renewed lease on life in 30 days.

My nephew's urticaria was 100% cured by TCM(Tradtional Chinese Medicine). He's been cured of it for 3 years now. From what I've read of conventional western medical treatment of urticaria, they would have him on daily Zyrtec pills. In a few years it would fail, then he would take monthly Xolair shots, then that would fail and he would end up in ER and given Prednisone steroid shots, but that would eventually fail too. I'm so glad we tried TCM. It only took two months and only $170 with TCM. But TCM has its flaws. It needs to undergo scientific studies and become standardize and regulated. Luckily it seems there are numerous studies on many aspects of TCM going on right now and some are getting accepted.

I recently went to get acupuncture done for my ibs constipation. it helped on the first day very well and I'm actually m ch better. but I've had it for like 12yrs, so being constipated so long will require few more sessions. although little bit uncomfortable. But if you're saying here chinese herbal medicine is good, as I also got a constipation medicine from the acupuncturist aswell.
