One of my favorite things about your family and your family's business is how welcoming and open you are to your visitors. You welcome anyone on a moments notice and answer the same questions over and over with smiles on your faces and such genuine sincerity. As a viewer it never gets old hearing about your history. thank you for sharing so openly and honestly.Such a beautiful story!

The moment they put the baking soda in, right up until it's all spread out on the table, is one of the greatest things I've ever seen in my life lol (I'm not even exaggerating). IDK why exactly, but the way it looks and the sound it makes is not only ridiculously appetizing and soothing, it also fills me with joy lol. It is a very mysteries thing...

+Captain MufDyven Cherish those small things, its getting lost now. Im from LA so there are so many corporate restaurants and places that literally put 0 love into their food now. They hire the cheapest workers and don't maintain standards. Its the small local places that have been around for over 50 years that have stayed committed to quality and customer relations that are there for a reason , while the others come and go.

I've loved these vids this week, just a few requests for future similar ones. Can we see behind the scenes of behind the scenes? Like how Steve gets the marble table downstairs, where it goes to cool down, how it gets buttered up? And other things we normally don't see like how the pot gets washed. I know that probably sounds boring. Just curious :)

They do not move the table. If you look in the chocolate videos, they use the table to stack stuff on when it is not in use.
