They hire the cheapest workers and don't maintain standards. Its the small local places that have been around for over 50 years that have stayed committed to quality and customer relations that are there for a reason , while the others come and go.

I bought cashew brittle from the local market. to my disapointment they do not leave the cashews whole. They break the cashews up. This is why I like the Hercules variety. They keep the cashews whole.
