I got to disagree about too thick. I loved Chunkys when I was a kid. We used to put them in the frig or freeze (not sure, that was 50 years ago). I loved gnawing at them. It made the chocolate last longer.

Hi there! I just purchased something today, after watching you guys for nearly 8 years now. x.x What a wild ride it's been for you folks, and I am SO excited to finally taste the things I've been watching you make for so long! I did have a question though. I notice when you make creams you and you separate the tails / leftover tidbits from the corn starch you guys I think toss em? Have you ever considered using the tidbits to make a bark? It seems like a tidbits bark might actually taste really good! But, I have no personal candymaking knowledge and there might be a good reason to chuck all that. But! Hey, I'd totally eat a chocolate bark with various flavored confetti colored tidbits in it. Maybe toss in a pretzel for stability. ...man I'm making myself hungry and your stuff isn't here yet ! :( lol

Some suggestions: a scale by chocolate tub and a big sub-zero fridge and flash freezer. Maybe custom giant stuffed bars. I think small blonde chocolate truffle, freeze dried strawberries, shortbread cookies (chopped up) , and divinity with chopped hazelnuts (spread like the marshmallow fluff).

"truffle" is just hardened gnache. if it got even harder than this, you can actually pick it up and roll it like a dough, then roll it in nuts, or whatever. gnache is a lot of fun to play with. while still warm, pour it over your cakes for a silky-shiny finish. chocolate candies are the easiest to make at home. any and all kinds... you know what's better inside chocolate than just straight up peanut butter? mix some powdered sugar into the peanut butter for a crumbly reeses-type filling. or mix vanilla chocolate into the peanut butter, for a smoother reeses-tasting type filling.

Great to see your comment to tell you, there is a product called BIZ. You will find it in the laundry detergent aisles. If you get the liquid, pour it right on those stains, let sit for a bit and toss it in the wash with your regular detergent. Color safe 😊 Great candy designs by the way. ❤

Don't the colors from the mold tray some shake off into the chocolate when dumped out? And when she scraped the edges and wipe it on the blue scrapper part then the colors will drop into the chocolate too. Is there some sort of filter that traps all the colored bits from the tank???
