Hello. Is the 401 model suitable for home use? I'm thinking about buying it for a conference room to connect it to a projector via Bluetooth, but I see that it is advertised as outdoor use and I don't know if it will work as well indoors.

If I have a 1000w receiver, is there a limit to the amount of passive speakers I can add to it?

We just returned from vacation, good question. For our outdoor passive speakers, the maximum wattage for one speaker is 100 watts for the 401 model, 150 watts for the 501 model, and 200 watts for the 601 model. You can use this information to calculate the number of Herdio outdoor passive speakers your 1000-watt receiver can accommodate. Have a great day!:)

The Bluetooth unit..can it be installed into the ceiling?

Also does the Bluetooth model comes with a remote control to be controlled whilst hiding it in the ceiling?

If you're talking about in-wall controls, you can certainly install them in the ceiling to hide them, if all your circuits can be hidden. But most people don't put their controllers in the ceiling because they want to be close enough to adjust the volume. Unfortunately our Bluetooth doesn't have a remote control.

by turning on there's a very loud "bluetooth mode connected" wich is very annoying. Can this be turned off?
