When I try to connect from phone, I see 'herdio' but it says 'can't connect'. Also tried it with another tablet. It is because it's connected to something else? If yes, how can I find out what it's connected to so I can disconnect it?

Thanks for your question. This 4 channel 16bt amp can link up to 4 speakers, so whether it's 1, or 2, or 3 it's all linked!

How do you hardwire it from the back for power? It's kind of sily ti's in the wall but you still need an external source of power. How can I just hardwire it from the back?
