When I try to connect from phone, I see 'herdio' but it says 'can't connect'. Also tried it with another tablet. It is because it's connected to something else? If yes, how can I find out what it's connected to so I can disconnect it?

If you can't connect it may be connected by someone else, you can check if the blue indicator light of the amplifier or speakers is always on, if it's always on it means Bluetooth has been connected. If you want to disconnect and reconnect, please let me know which model of speaker you purchased and I will solve the problem for you according to your model.
