Renee, you are a very good story teller. To take something as mundane as a fourteen day passage and turn it into something interesting, fun and romantic takes a lot of skill and creativity. Thank you for giving me something to look forward to every Thursday. Keep up the awesome work!

CRAP!!! I drank all my coffee... grr.. gotta go brew another 2-3 cups... lol. I can't tell you how excited I get when I see this upload on Thursdays. I would rather watch this than sports, news, movies... It's real, full stop. I know you guys are safely in the Maldives, but I can't imagine what it feels like to be in the MIDDLE of the ocean... just crazy. Kieth loses anymore weight, he's gonna need an all new wardrobe!! I HAVE to say; Renee... the ending... was BRILLIAnt...I felt the doldrums as you changed from Keith, to your daughter playing nintendo, then the music... hopeful... your voiceover; gentle, almost meditative.. Hopeful... Then genuine gratitude and excitement. You..lady,... .are getting really really good. You left me with a taste of next week, and I can't wait for the meal. Best, the martins

Nothing like a good rain to wash the salt off those sails! That's pretty wild, sails only for 2,000 miles! Thanks for keeping us in the loop, Zatarans. Yes, it's often boredom to you, but many of us would love to deal with such boredom on a regular basis. Yeah, and the rain cleaned your heads, too! The kind you flush... You know, you don't HAVE to motor, do you? Even in just a few knots of wind, you can maintain your heading, right? WHOO-HOO! New country!!! Terrific video, Renee!

I Love your Vids. Refreshing to see a whole family working toward the same goal & with none of the usual teenage "attitude" that permeates society today. How I wished my family could have done this! Also, watching a true family dynamic working together (sailing) is more refreshing than watching a far too confident, overbearing know-it-all person who's great husband is somewhere in the background (altho his one liners are the best.) You guys are very interesting. Maybe your kids should start YT channels too. (There are successful Homestead families who have, 2brothers). Cant wait to see what comes next.

Another great video and editing job Renee. This will be the last time I mention this (I think): please have everybody be very cautious while up on the bow. I still think the crew should wear life jackets while up there. Sometimes, complacency can happen while traversing the large foredeck. I noticed Fin take a slight stumble around the 7:15 mark as the boat was rolling. Just my 2-cents, or maybe 1-cent. Thanks again for a great job.
