Great trip! And yes you do drive stick! If you can ride a motorcycle you're basically driving stick but instead of changing gears with your foot and clutch you change gears with the "stick", just learn the pattern, the hardest part is the clutch release and you already know how to do that!

One of the best investments I ever made? I bought some dual-color LED headlights. Bright White and if you turn them off and on quickly, it will change to Yellow Fog lights! But you have to make sure you have projector lenses for them to work without blinding other drivers. Or if your car already has LEDs you can just replace them. Or you can get a set of LED Fog lights and mount them to your bumper. That will work too. I have a Chevy Malibu, and it doesn't really have a good place to mount them. That is why I got headlights! That and the stock headlights barely lit the road when it rained! Now? OMG, it is like driving in the daylight!
