Also i just went through this ladies. Its very true. I was being texted every day by a guy who lives 3 hours from me and he was a family friend. He never made any plans because “he works too much” 🙄🙄 he flattered me with words, was constantly checking on me to make sure i wasnt hooking up with other guys. The whole thing was sickening to me and i had to exit the situation because i knew my self worth. He wanted to continue talking every day even after i expressed i deserved better. Ladies, when you meet a man like this....run fast!! It was a total power trip. I feel much better having let him go!!!!

I cannot believe this scenario is so common that there is a pattern for it used by Guys! I've lost (literally lost) 2 years feeding my visualizations (dreams?) that we could have been in relationship! He was texting me, poking me on each story on IG, becoming jealous when posting pics with another male friends; promising at the same time that we will visit Spain together, to the mountins and so on - we had met each other abroad and we were leaving 3 months in the same place - and afterward when each of us came back home he started with his empty promises - he was visiting my city but never called to hang out while he was still texting,n clicking likes under my FB activities, each summer he hooks up with his ex girlfriend (yes I know this because we have comon firends) when she visits my city, now he has a new girlfriend keeping texting to me! ( I have blocked him almost everywhere, so he still texts on Signal) - fortunately I have realized that last year so past 10 mths I am just laughing how childlish he still is and being not fair to his new (10 years younger GF) I igonre his msg; I feel guilty I let it to happen, been manipulated, skipping other dating opportunities just beacuse of texting with 1 Guy because he needed validation or attention - stupid me!!! Ladies watch out for this type of Guys and always count on actions, not texted words! Ouch! It will be hard to stop, to cut off, because we have habits to check his profiles etc, but muting his accounts is a good option.

I have gone thru this too! The bung hole was in the Marines. He lives 2.5 hours away, I know, it’s his job. We used to date - amazing sex. Idk 🤷‍♀️ at first I kept him arms length. If he came to my area San Diego we both lived here now, he’s in Palmdale. He texts me last minute to what I’m up to. I’m a nurse! Sometimes I’m at work- but I deserve way more consideration. Very true and right on. What happens when you marry this type? In my case, being intuitive, I knew every time he cheated. After 7 years, I nicely told him this life with him is not working for me and packed up me and my daughter (didn't want her to be with a man like her Father), broke me to pieces, I left and moved across the continent to start my life over. Wow! I'm watching this just in time. I've been talking to a guy about 3 weeks, 2 hours away, met once, NO HOOK UP, calls at least twice a day, sometimes more. The first time he said that he wasn't sure what he wanted, I told him I understand. I told him to take all the time he needs & feel free to get back with me when he knows what he wants & we can go on our second date, if I'm still available. The next day he was blowing up my phone & leaving texts. I finally called back & he seemed to have gained clarity. Be cautious about the direction thing.in my experience its just a ploy to draw you back in, usually deeper and deeper and at your mental expense no to mention I haven't heard of any of these changes being real or lasting very long!. I had something just like that- he was doing this shit to me I didn’t let him very long he was not leaving me alone. And I just blocked him. But before that of course 😂 I sent all the screenshots of love msgs he was trying to hold me with to every woman he liked a picture of! 😂 he regretted deeply he tried this shit on me- he is a psycho. Anyone that ever tries to do this will get the same crap I promise. The bad thing about this is that person doesn’t think how much damage they can do to you by wasting your time.
