Tip: when grinding add seasoning to the meat before you grind it and you will have seasoning throughout the burger, rather than burning your seasoning off while cooking.

Thanks for the video. Take the butter out of the refrigerator a few hours before preparation, and it will be easier and quicker to prep. It will also be more integrated with the ingredients (in this case, chives and parsley).

I've been grinding my own burgers for the past year. I've been using chuck. Love them. Burger press? Hah, I use two small takeaway containers. Put the ground meat in one, then press it using the second container.

I've been wondering which country you are in. The Netherlands is beautiful and Dutch people are so friendly. Having spent 3 weeks there many years ago, it's definitely one of my favourite places.. Great burger and BBQ videos also!

This video screams do a video with Guga. He loves charcoal and meat and so do you. He has his own burger press which I have and actually works quite well. Props for the kitchen aid grinder as that is what I have to work with. Seeing some videos with ok we bring and they pull out a beat of a grinder. Sorry I have limited counter space. Gets the job done.

2:16 - The button on the side of the burger press drops the bottom plate so you don’t have to pre press the balls. Otherwise absolutely delicious!

I'm with you, Roelle. If you saw a viral video showing pillows being replaced with paver stones, that doesn't make it something you'd want to try to sleep on. The bun is a containment device. Trying to use cooked onion slabs instead is just going to be a messy pain in the ass.

I doubt using a charcoal grill like that with a frying pan is going to do any difference compared to an electric stove. Still a nice burger, would definitely eat it.

Obviously, you are not going to have the same taste from an electric stove as a charcoal grill. Big difference.
