I don't think the British would agree that one should pronounce "Jaguar" as though it was a French word. The British pronounce it "Jag-you-er". Here in the States, the most acceptable pronunciation seems to be "Jag-you-are." But that's okay, we know what you mean! At least you have stopped calling it a Jag-wire which drives the Brits nuts. Even your camera guy needs to work on it a bit. To hear how most Brits pronounce it, all you have to do is watch a couple of Jag videos done by them and you will hear the difference.
