Fun fact! The trait that lets you hire men-at-arms from the county you're in is NOT limited to the camp. It is reliant on where YOU are, so you can take that perk, send a single levy to march to India, ODST drop your player character on the army, recruit elephants, and disband. It's incredibly overpowered, and I wouldn't be suprised if they rebalance it soon

@@Midgeman it is. I played a game last night with friends and, as a Bavarian man, sent a knight (no provision cost) to India, got elephants, sent him to Georgia, got mointain cav, sent him to the Byzantines, got Kats, sent him to the steppe, got horse archers, and finally Sweden for varangian vets

You can get infinite artifact by getting an artifact contract that give you the explore region decision and keeping the artifact for yourself, by doing so you never complete it and can repeat it again and again while amassing artifacts which can sometimes be the unique ones from inspirations

There is another bug in the game that can give you infinite money. If you take the quest "mug wealthy citizens" and have a 100% chance of success, wait until you have 15 advantages, pause the game and do the 10 advantage option, you will then be able to continue doing the 5 advantage option forever as long as you have the game paused.

2:35 That Coat of Arms Crest is so annoying. You literally cannot remove it as a face item for your character, when you’ve raised an army, but you can remove it when at peace. You can remove the Great helm but the crest will still stay afloat and make your character lose all his hair.

Side note - travel contracts may appear soft locked, but in reality they just require that you travel to the target province. Potentially letting you combined multiple travel contracts at the same time.

I believe if you have royal court you can ask for a duchy with a favour? No idea how this works with the admin government though as I've not tried them yet

@@Midgeman As far as I found out I can only own one title at a time and there are no kingdoms. Plus you can not just inherit stuff (except your family house) but have to invest influence similar to elections.

You can endlessly usurp the family title from the Byzantines. Gain endless prestige. True, it costs 250 gold at a time. I haven't figured out how to use it yet.

I found a way to get easy captains for only 10 gold, though not sure if it's because I was playing as a pirate in the AGOT mod But essentially whenever you travel, land or sea, select the "Hire Experienced Captains" caravan modifier for 10 gold, and when you set off, a new Captain gets added to your camp Need to test on a non pirate character tonight

Eloping is a Christian thing actually. Any marriage between a man and woman that is consensual and officiated by a priest is considered valid. In other religions at the time they could hand wave it away as illegitimate
