To be fair, most movies of ANY KIND have all sorts of "technical things that are wrong". It just has to be close enough for "suspension of disbelief". And there are plenty of nerd channels on KZbin that, while professing a great love for sci-fi, absolutely rips these TV shows and movies apart on their abuse of physics. If you want a fun KZbin series to watch, Kelsey of 74 Gear channel does a "A pilot reacts" to movies involving aircraft and flight. I really liked his dissection of Cast Away, since Kelsey is a 747 CARGO pilot. (One of the birds he flies is the big 747 Boeing uses to ship aircraft fuselages.)

@@jackielinde7568 I think that’s what makes the Fast and Furious movies so great. Lol All the flaws make it funny to watch. Growing up watching them I had no clue, but even till this day I enjoy watching them because every time I do, it’s great to laugh at all the things they got wrong or wouldn’t think we would notice. Not having calipers on Jessie’s Volkswagen in the race wars scene is a great example.

I can understand it if they held a TRADEMARK on a yellow and black 1971 Mustang with a 1973 valance named Eleanor. But I don't see how it would be a "copyright". And I certainly don't see how it would apply to a gray 1967 Shelby GT500. So what if Disney paid for the use of the movie title and car name? Well considering he only worked on the first one and 2fast, it really hasn't. All of his knowledge is as good as he said she said talk and anything on the rest of the series he knows nothing about.

I'd love to, however it would be pretty low budget. Though with the huge leap in camera gear and pro-sumer video editing tools, it can't be too hard to make an accurate car movie that looks good and is like that.

Craig has resolved so many debates and thoughts that I've had in the past about this franchise's vehicles from the content on his channel. Glad to see him sharing part of his story here as well.
