Hello Eric, I have based our entire Google ads leads strategy for our real estate company in Dubai on your strategies. Dubai is a small city with over 4,000 agents and so the market is extremely competitive. We have been averaging lead costs of 90 USD (300 AED) and the leads tend to be lower quality. We don't send them to an MLS but rather to a landing page where they get a lead magnet. Any help on how to address this? Would appreciate a ton. Thank you.

That is quite a bit of money to spend on giving them a lead magnet. I would be trying to make that conversion something that results in more tangible business
