Thank you Dr Grace. Situational awareness is something I’m working on. Making the right decision quickly by assessing the situation. I’m indecisive with lots of thoughts and that prevents me from taking actions. I want to hone this skillset. 😊

I’m an introvert and it’s so difficult to have different communication with people and It makes me feel very superficial in my communication, I hate it, I want to work on it and improve
