Good Day Dan from the Hospital Cardiology Ward. Up early and coming along. Had a long Talk with my Cardiologist Yesterday and it looks like everything is going the way it's supposed to. The discoloration in the maple is most likley the start of spalting,fairly common in that species.

Yes...that's what it's called, couldn't think of it but knew there was a name for it and I think in some applications like slabs it's preferred since it gives it a unique look. I just think people could easily mistaken it for mold...lol

Our mini firewood has been picking up quite a bit I just bought some stuff to hopefully help us keep up and possibly get some inventory ahead. It's a great way to use up some of our off cuts from our firewood process as well.

Where would people use those little burners? Inside/outside? For marshmallows etc, for heat source or just a little fun?

Outdoor use only, deck and patios and mostly for recreational burning although they do give off a good amount of heat. Yes, roasting marshmallows and just enjoying watching flames of a fire.
