What references cover NCOERs? When you say extended NCOER, explain a scenario. Also, what if there have been change of raters (multiple) in one year and you were told to just do a year NCOER because it's "easier" .... what does changing multiple raters look like? Does the 60 dat rule apply in this situation?

Hey SFC, I'm a 12N SPC, been in for 3 years and am getting ready for BLC. My 5 mile goal in my career is to make E5, my 10 mile goal is to finish my bachelors, which I'm over half way through. Should I make the switch to Officer once I have my Bachelors as a 20 mile goal

Hello SFC French, I have a serious question. So I just got done with my DLC this month and waiting for BLC. I'm currently a SPC. If my unit decides to promote me to cpl, before I go to BLC can I decline the lateral promotion, and wait until I put on Sgt? I really don't want to get the cpl rank. I'd like to go from SPC straight to Sgt.

You really don’t have a choice. If they seem fit to promote you they can. Also when you graduate BLC you will be a CPL.

Usually those leaving the military will get a Complete the Record.
