Thank you for helping me to have a better understanding of the new proposed ACVREP certification for OTs. I’ve been blessed to work with the entire lifespan in a variety of settings, states, and employers and the needs are great and they continue to grow faster than we are turning out new O&M specialists.

They are growing faster than we are. The documents do say that only O&Ms will be able to teach cane skills. Hopefully this will start to give our clients the ability to generalize faster. As long as we can keep up with the changes.
