Glad to see you're starting to make lawn videos again that are educational. I was starting to wonder if you were getting away from Turf grass management. I know you're busy and the fertigation and robo mower etc help do your lawn while you are busy, but those are the cultural things we lawncare managers love doing. All the cultural things being out on the lawn. It's nice to finally see an educational real lawn video again. I truly missed them. I had to keep watching old re-runs of yours. I miss seeing you manually spray the lawn and manually reel mow it. Those are the things we lawn nuts go nuts that we can't do over winter. And once we can finally get out on the lawn, we better cherish ot because the season will be over with in a quick blink of an eye and then we will be back in doors watching our lawn doormant with snow on it again. Cherish being out on the lawn. Cherish teaching us all about Turf grass management still. They are actually food for our minds and lawn souls.

I need to reorder, I've been off the stuff for just over a month, and I'm jones'n for another good hit .... I thought I could make it a bit longer, cause normally hot/dry and slow growth should have fully set in by mid June, but instead we have gotten rollercoaster mild temps and some rains, which is looking like will last thru mid July now so haven't done any watering nor apps for a bit - but I'm guessing if I start squeezing some out soon in later July and Aug, Sept will be a top notch lawn show case for me

I live on the Wasatch Front, and have been using a fraction of N this year. But I have been more liberal with my Air 8, RGS, and Micro-green. My lawn looks better than is has for years. In years past I have moved every 3-5 days. . Part of that is due to the cool weather for sure. It will be interesting to see how it shakes out by mid Aug after we have had high temps. I must also tell you that t his year to to High School MTB, I am only mowing once every 6-7 days at most. I also burned down 1/2 of my front yard and re-seeded and overseeded areas with Barenbrug RTF. Those areas are doing great! I think RGS is my favorite in your line up, although I don't have the guts to ONLY use that one.

I’ve ran bio’s last 3-4 years on major problems all year. This year got in a car accident and couldn’t do or afford most of my hobbies. So needless to say that lawn has only got NPK last four five months and is definitely struggling. It’s only grass but it’s my grass. You will get yours back in tip top shape in no time. Go bio stimulants !!!!!

Biostims saved all my warm season customers this year in the South. With ALL the rain and cloudiness over the majority of days from November thru June, the disease factor and late greenup was off the chain! But my customers' recovery was exceptionally quicker. Guys in our biz were asking me if it was fungicides that were the difference. Nope! GCF biostimulants for the win! Gotta smoke what you're selling bro.

Very interesting. I just can’t wait to see my dirt for the first time. Everything I apply sits in my insanely ludicrous 3” thatch layer. In the last 5 years, no aerator, dethatcher or product has put a dent in it. Finally submitting… and mechanically removing the turf. Once I can see dirt, I’m jazzed to see what biostims will do at that point. Great content!

So biostims aren’t helping the soil. If it were you wouldn’t see a difference so quickly when stopping the applications.
@Lawncology
@Lawncology Жыл бұрын
Soil begins to claw it’s way back to its origins whenever you stop anything that is corrective. This is why it’s common for people to apply lime year over year or sulfur as the soil will work it’s way back. The life and structure of the soil, water holding capacity and such is all there. The nutrient processing and chelation from chemical interactions has slowed. Thus, color and health is behind. A similar statement would be, fertilizer doesn’t help the turf if it did, the turf wouldnt look so different when you stop applying. Biostims move beyond just soil. Most contain growth promoting auxins or auxin style growth when applied. Portions of all the biostims are foliarly absorbed. It’s a total package. So yes, if you remove something that is there for total benefit, you will see a difference. And as I said, the grass doesn’t look bad, just not up to where my standards are.
