Where to start….??? In no particular order….the lavender harvest is so amazing. I took comfort in hearing, I believe, that you’ve tended the patch for a few years. That gives me hope. The wreath is so beautiful! Full and the color is brilliant against your door. You could purchase one, possibly that pretty, but it would be super expensive and not as lovingly made. Ok. This sounds creepy, but your hands and your hand movements are so calming and almost dance like. Truly. The music you choose for your videos are just spot on. The wall color in your living room-I’m guessing living room- is so lively and calming and peaceful and bidding. I mean, right down to your mug, this was such a treat and it was so inspiring. Thank you and artfully done. Would love to see a home video. Hint, hint. Blessings, Shaye. You rock. XO

I so loved this video. I liked the music. I loved your basket that you put the Lavender in. I saw that small smile of satisfaction and had to smile with you. I loved your fireplace mantle and your art around it. I thought it would be wonderful to go back to those days like in Larkspur to Candleford, a show I watched. They celebrated with gathering and food. I loved that. They weren't rich but they had what they needed when they helped each other out and very much moved with the harvest. We've given important things up for the sake of progress. I hope Angela is ok. Haven't from her in a week. Hope she's well. Well tell your friend Angela I said Shalom and Shalom Aleichem to you and your family too.

I buy bunches of lavender from local farmer and make little wands with ribbon, instructions on the internet, great for dresser draws. I have also made wreaths, but as the flower buds dry and drop onto the floor, I had a flashbulb moment and bought some lavender colored netting and wrapped it (artfully) around the wreath to catch them it worked and looked beautiful with a little purple ribbon woven through ! After years (and 3 seed packets) of trying to get lavender to take from seed, I bought 1 for my container garden, it died in the 3 digit heat earlier this summer. Yesterday I bought another one and then learned we're getting ready for More triple digit days. I think I'll put a shade cloth up this time (a sheet or blanket) to keep all my plants safe! I love to bake with lavender, I mix it in most of my cups of tea (I have a loose leaf supply), I get it in lattes around town.
