Car 1: Had a manual and he lucked out riding the "last of the manual" wave. Car 2: Its $30k ceramics were toast, he converted to steel and likely sold the car without highlighting this (especially considering he sold it for $110k - regular market price). Car 3: convertibles are cheaper in some markets and more expensive in others. Yes, the DBS is a candidate for a successful flip...but there is still some luck and savviness needed to actually pull this off.
