I think a good house rule for two players would be collect all 6 hero types AND slay 3 monsters. I think it’s too easy for two players to focus on just collecting the types since it’s only two people drawing from the massive deck. Not to mention it’s much easier to collect modifier cards with only two people drawing, which would make it easier to slay monsters. Considering the game is called Here to SLAY I think the win conditions should always include slaying at least one monster. Like in a multi person game maybe you still have to slay at least one monster along with getting all 6 or types. This would include the standard win condition of winning by slaying 3 monsters without having all 6 hero types.

For 2 players with 2 extensions , all of my club playing it with 10 heroes or slay 5 monsters. That's pretty much the most balanced way to play it for us. But I have seen people playing it ditching all the winning conditions and the winner is who slayed the most of the monsters .

I agree with Jim, KS exclusive gameplay is very tough given you want people to enjoy your game. I’m totally fine with KAEs being cosmetic/bling upgrades or things like Alt Art or better storage solutions etc. though as you want to feel rewarded for the upfront investment as a backer

when you used perfect vessel to steal a Hero. Do the hero go in to youre hand or in youre party?

When you steal a hero, it goes directly into your party!

how do you store and carry the game+ expansion especially after sleeving?

what happens if you have two of the same class in you're party? can you discard one of the matching or do you rely on defeating the monster? can you keep playing hero cards until you have all classes ?

Nothing happens. You're allowed to have multiple characters of the same class in your party at any time. There's no negative effect to this, you're just not actively advancing one of the win conditions. Yes you can keep playing hero cards as long as you have the action points to do so. There is no limit to the number of heroes you have in play at any time.

on turn 3 did you use 4 action points instead of the 3 your only able to use or am i missing something

Nope they both used 3 action points only, thing is you have to remember when you play a hero you can use their action for free, Meowntain action is long so that may seem like an extra action but it isn't

Is it correct that when an effect says "each other player," it includes the person who activates the card's effect? Just curious.

The berserker hero is pretty awful compared to the rest. I think I would house rule draw 3 upon slaying a monster. 2 is just so pitiful

In the first turn the guy in the red shirt spent 5 action points. 1st action point he played Wise Shield, 2nd action point he rolled for Wise Shield, 3rd action point he played Spooky, 4th action point he rolled for Spooky and the 5th action point he played Greedy Cheeks. What happened there?

Lol you get a free activation the first turn you play a hero

when you play a vard first time you can roll for it for free. it's in the rulebook
