Your not in Italy by any chance :) Its a new thing KZbin has rolled out. It dubs the videos into the viewing country's language. On the bottom right of the video in settings (the cog wheel) you can change it back to English under audio track or subtitles.

@@Trojwaterman I'm in england (NO vpn either lol) by the end of the video it had gone through all of the languages on the list! I ended up watching it on my phone! :)
