At 67 - Using Battery operated chainsaw, I asked Dr. about right hand being persistently numb, left hand with a bit numbing and he explained not Carpal Tunnel Syndrome but similar effects, and that maybe Carpal Tunnel Operation assuming permanent damage didn't relate, but for me to Quit using ( Harbor Freight - Atlas ) Chainsaw for much more than a year, and I listened, But' I didn't know about Gloves with vibration protection until very recently, and I have quit using Vibrating Tools repetitiously for over 2 years and currently have no long-term effects, ( healed-up ) but do need to figure how to get back to cutting with chainsaw, ( higher quality ) or I will be forced to decide that that work is no longer possible, for me being 69 years old !

Good evening Lumnah family from a sunny Pacific Northwest. Good evening viewers. We heard thunder but it didn't rain in our area. More rain for you! I'm glad you're putting in a center post to strengthen the roof for your wood shed because of the snow load you get. Brutus was eating the wood off the other post behind you! Nice adjustable post pockets! I'm glad you had a few left over from the barn build. I'm loving how fast this is going up. It reminds me of when you and Ken would build things. Gina is a good teammate for a build too! I'm glad your trip to Lowe's was successful and you were able to keep it dry and out of the rain. Thanks for this video Lumnah family!

Ted' I think Shops heated floors, ( another woodburner _ likely with another firewood shed ) gets built before the Shop gets its workbenches, because' if attaching to concrete floor, then a heat detector ( he used one building house ) can be used to eliminate possibility of drilling into plumbing, that is encased in the concrete flooring !

You need to get that mini split installed before it is to late.Winter is only three weeks away.
@Tom-ei8ly2 ай бұрын
Wonder if installation of the mini split means he is putting off hooking up the in floor radiant heating system.
@4Classie2 ай бұрын
Tom; I don't think a mini-split is still planned, just an ac for Cold-room, and I expect Shop gets Woodburner ( for heated floors ) after this build is complete, including a smaller firewood storage shed, plus Al wants a large Shop Air-Compressor that must be outside for filming videos, all built behind Shop ! Marc; heated Shop needs, relates to Winter weather not to First Frost in September, So cleaning-up garden and processing Cookie ( if Al does the harvesting _ instead of Butcher-shop ) will be before Shop floor gets heated, and shop heat install is before workbenches get mounted to Shop floors ! Also' I think Cold-Cellar and Potato-Cellar combination get built ( maybe besides underground Cooler ) into hillside above Barn, relatively soon ! Portable Meat Cooler ( build ) is taking-up Shop floor space, So' I wouldn't be surprised if that build jumps priority ! A Wood processing area underroof beside Shop with Sawmill also may jump priority !
