Thank you, thank you for this lovely video of our island! I am in total agreement that most def Puerto Rico is a hidden gem and a no brainer for US citizens to come and visit. There's so many amenities and attractions unique to the island. There's a great sense of warmth in every welcome! Its a superb culinary and specialty rum drinks destination. Plus, there's no need of a passport and the currency is the mighty $dollar$! Also, PR is very very careful with Covid-19 restrictions due to size of population. Please come and enjoy our "Isla del Encanto"!

I used to spend a lot of time in Aguadilla with my ex wife, probably my favorite part of the island (and relationship! haha)! It's been 15 years since my last visit, but there was a park in the city (parque Colon, I believe), where it was just a really chill place with huge tree houses. We would frequent there where they had these food truck vendors with piraguas and mini donuts.

After Hurricane Maria, the stadium and the boardwalk got basically destroyed, but there's still a similar atmosphere over there. There is now the Paseo on the way there with some nice restaurants and establishments.

My dad leaved in Rincón near Mayagüez in the late 1980s. I visited him in 1989 and remember the drive from San Juan across the island at night. I don't remember a lot of details other that he lived near the beach. When the world returns to normal, I'd love to go back.

Nice list. CUEVA DEL INDIO is a special place. If you go, prepare to be hot, and protect yourself from the sun, and bring water. But at the same time, don't rush it. Take your time, and really take in the surrounding area. And even if you are fearful of adventuring into the cave, you owe it to yourself to make an effort enter. Not only is it other-worldly, it gives you a break from heat and sun. And you could even take a dip in the natural pink yacuzzi, like I call it.
