nice run mate. I played on the hard difficulty and attempted a quasi speed run of just running past most encounters. Interesting to see all the hidden jumps. What difficulty level, easy? Seems like the first boss went down easy. IMO this game has some of the best atmosphere.

I appreciate that. ..awesome you're trying some runs on hard, would like to see that if u finish any. ..yes, this was played on easy. first boss did go very well here, was able to use a tomb of power and still have a full bar of mana for meteors. ..played this game when I was very young was always a fan as well. ..gl on your runs!

Awesome run! I'm curious why you didn't use the rightward spin attack. I'm very much a casual at this game, but I thought the default (leftward) spin attack was the slower of the two - doubly so since it goes over many heads and only comes down at the very end, while the right spin is at neck-level all the way around.

thanks! I appreciate u taking the time to say that. ..I mostly used the right spin attack in this run out of habit and ease. If I were to run this again, I'd likely use more of the thunder blast spell in place of the staff, as there is no loss of control while attacking..

thanks! I appreciate that!. I'm guessing, I've finished it maybe 35 times. about 6 speedruns, 4 casual playthroughs, the rest while learning the route. :D

thanks, i used a cd copy that i got as a gift back in the 90s. as far as i know there is no digital copy available to buy, you'd have to track down a physical copy if you're looking to own it. ..it may, or may not be on myabandonware ;)

why thank you. the loading time is included because there is no plugin for this game(that I am aware of) for any timer, to auto-split or pause during the loading screens. ..w/o loading the total time is 39:35 ^^. I have considered getting a plugin written, before returning to this game..
