Motorhome Trip to East Fleet Farm, Dorset
We are back out in our Adria Motorhome for a stay at East Fleet Farm near Weymouth.
In this vlog we show you the arrival at the site, important for many when towing or driving in to a site. We then head on to our pitch, number 49, and get set up. We requested pitch 49 in the lower field and it proved a good choice.
We then have a brief look around the site before heading off on the coastal path for a walk.
There is so much to do in the area, we enjoyed a holiday this week so didn't film much of the trip.
We enjoyed East Fleet, it was school holidays so the site was very busy with families. The food vans on site were good and there was also a bar, which we didn't use.
Our Motorhome is an Adria Coral 690 SC which we bought used from Cara Motorhomes, Stoke on Trent

Robbed!... Waiting for the better egg attempt by Jules .. and nothin, nada, zilch! 🤣 🤣 🤣 Lovely to see a grassy campsite with seaviews. Hope you had an awesome time. (still no Adria in sight for us...boohoo!... the dealership has had 20 delivered in the last 7 days (of their 120 batch)...but ours is still somewhere at the Port... we're running out of time before our summer holiday, which is starting next friday!...that will be gutting knowing it's in the country, but just stuck behind others leaving the port!).. fingers crossed...

Great VLOG guys , this is a good site we visited last year. There is a decent cycle way to Portland Bill. We did sample the Fish and Chips too 🤣🤣🤣. Others will benefit from this pre view very much thanks for sharing.

Hi Karina/Jules tip if you don't already know grease the egg rings we use a bit of oil on a paper towel to stop the egg sticking to the rubber rings. Have a blast.

Hi both we just got back from our Try it before we buy it, tour to Northants to see friends and then to Stanton Lakes and then to Hunstanton. We were in a rented Roller team 740 and after 3 nights away, we booked 4 we came home, only 40 mins drive. Love the way motorhome drivers wave when we pass each other. Highly recommend Stanton Lakes, the Tapas restaurant was different and delicious. Parkdean in Hunstanton had good facilities but in was like staying on a car park. No allocated pitch and unnumbered electric hook ups ! Is this the normal practice ? Over all a good trip but not convinced about Motorhome or Caravan. Kindest Regards Shaun

Hi Shaun, I am glad you tried the motorhome and the 740 is a nice one. Thank you for the recommendation, we are planning a Norfolk trip next summer. Some of the larger holiday parks have a less formal style of pitching and the more sites you visit the more you find the type of site you prefer. Some sites allocate pitches and some let you choose your own. Looks like you have a bit of thinking to do about what will work best for you right now. 😊 Have a good weekend, Karina and Jules
