Good gosh, I haven't seen this recipe in years! Ha ha! Very fun! Just for ease, I cook my noodles first, then while they're draining, I brown the meat in noodle pot. Once browned, I add the soups, mix together, add the noodles back in, and then dump in my casserole. I top with the cheese about 15 minutes before done. My kids used to love this meal when they were little. Thanks for sharing. Nice to discover your channel! Cheers! ~Sunny ☀️

Tina Crapson Well, yes and no!😃 I grew up using my mama’s Revereware so I **knew** I wanted it when we married. This pot is now 29 years old and going strong. ....Sidenote: Mama taught me to polish the pot bottoms after EVERY use. It did that for the first years of our marriage. Reality and Life hit. No polishin’ now. Haha

Heritage Ways I also grew up on Revereware but NEVER polished the copper.bottom😁. I do find that I like it better than the heavier stainless...it just feels good( nostalgic, ya think?😁)

I love Amish cookbooks! Lol about the Velveeta. I think we're about the same age and I do appreciate the Rotel dip once in awhile! (It's also good mixed with chili lol)Thanks for this recipe:) ❤️

We live in Amish Country and, let me tell ya, these folks love their Velveeta. 😃😍 In fact, this recipe is quite popular in most Amish cookbooks and households. I have eaten in my Amish friends’ homes and I believe folks would be surprised to learn how many “unhealthy” and convenience foods the Amish folks use and enjoy. 🙃 Thanks for watching. 👍🏽Katie

I can tell you never lived poor or had to pinch pennies Welfare Cheese which was nothing but a Velvetta type cheese fed alot of people back in the 60's and early 70's
