I still haven't understood what the hardware differences are between (WA2T) HL2+ 5 watts and HL by EU1ES 20 watts which seems more manageable with the cables divided between front and back. tnx

@@MikeN2MDX I'm looking forward to hearing you in qso, maybe a round table. I have 2 HL2s but use my Anan 7000 DLE as my main radio with my Acom 1000. I got my PS coupler fron VK3AMP. I never will go back to the normal type radios. Do you ever make contacts across the pond? 73's around the house. JD.

Hi there.. Can you tell me which connector on the back of the hermes lite 2 I'm meant to connect to to transmit pure signal? Is it the antenna connector and my sampler attaches to RX3? I'm a little confused by all of this. Thanks for your time. I'm using the HL2IO Board so the back is called "Pure" and I think I have to set it for duplex use somehow. I'm new to this thing. But thank you for the videos, they've been really bloody helpful!

Question are you able to monitor your audio on the Hermes Lite 2 Also great video the best so I've seen on this unit thanks for the work

Yes it does have the Monitor and works well, But when I do Audio test I like to go on websdr and pick a clear frequency during hours not many people are on and make my audio adjustments this way you can get a really good idea what I sound like coming over another persons radio and never have to worry about asking someone hey how is my audio because you already know and you tailored it to your voice. They are automatically set once PS is engaged with the proper RF sampler in place!

WORKS GREAT AT 48000 AND 19.2K NO ISSUES!!! WILL NOT WORK ANY HIGHER!
