Back on Sep12 this year. I made an appointment to my local boutique. I met this guys . He is my SA now. Really nice. He very busy as well. Of course he is working at the boutique for 10 years. I’d tell him about my wishlist on the third time seeing him. I think I’d spent about 1:1.8 ratio in 1 and half month included yesterday visiting. Can you give me some advice for now? Should I stopped for a little bit or something! I’d purchase all around of the categories. Included 1 Picotin and 1 H watches. Thanks so much

I think keep yourself current with him so you are top of mind, but I would def slow down on the spending.

Meanwhile in Germany you walk into the boutique without ever having bought anything from Hermès before and simply order your dream Birkin or Kelly, it could take up to five years until you get it but no need to keep buying stuff just to "qualify" :D

Just started my H journey here 👋 I have had 2 SAs, #1 has been there for 2 months and #2 has been there 15+ years and #2 told me if I need to shop, I don’t necessarily need to wait for my SA to be available but I need to be loyal to my store. I did end up getting fine jewelry with #2, only because I was traveling in a few days and my #1 told me they were off the next few days and wanted to wear on my trip. Have you heard something like that before being loyal to the store opposed to one SA. Also I want to go back to the store to buy things but will def stick to #2 because I got along better. Ahh I’m feeling weary 😮‍💨

Definitely! Working through an SA gives them the commission, which in turn will help incentivize them to work on a quota bag for you. SAs don’t really monitor your online spend (though they can see it), so they won’t know you’re ready for a bag unless you strike up a relationship with them. I only hit the website for things my SA absolutely cannot get me.

The backpack will definitely help bolster your spend, but remember bags aren’t usually enough alone to get you to the quota threshold.

Omg! I have been in need of your videos! Thank you for educating - this video is knowledgeable. Question do you think the SM will look down on a new client that has spent let say alil over 10k but less of a history? Maybe a 2 month spending profile....just havent shopped in fine jewelry (men and women shoes, scarfs, RTW, beauty, baby blanket) any guidance is appreciated 🙏 Just subscribed ❤️😊❤️

I don’t think that a short history will work against you for your first bag. A long-standing client might beat you out, but spend goes a long way. Keep going in once a month or every other month for a little thing here and there if you aren’t getting an offer. Thanks for watching!
