It’s definitely been a ride! I wish there was something Hermes could do if your sales associate is leaving but I get a lot of this is based on associate commissions which do not transfer.

Oh no….I was just getting ready to go into the Palo Alto store. Between rude sales people and not getting any of the “good stuff” should I just wait a few weeks for when I go to local store??? So disappointing since most of the people I have dealt with on my trip here have been great. And I’m trying to avoid going into the city.

That sucks that the journey somewhat starts over when your SA changes out of your control. All I want is just wan Birkin.😅 I don’t know when I’ll ever be offered that.

Yes the same thing has happened to me when my SA left😢my purchase history has started all over. I have been loyal to 1 store since the beginning. But yes the new SA wants the purchase history with them. They won’t offer the quota bags before offering to their existing clients first, since they have their own clients that have actually been spending with them. Sad for me because this happened after a year of constant spending and my SA left before my next offer 😢I am in your same boat. Also at one point we both had the same SA lol

Haha how funny re the same SA. And yea it’s a bummer! I am okay with having gone over a year without a quota bag but it sucks as I was right there waiting for the perfect bag 😩

I’m on my 4th SA within a year!🙃I’m okay waiting for my next quota bag too but until I actually get my next quota bag, I’m starting to get in my head with insecurities like what if I don’t😭my birthday also just passed and I was hoping but nothing🥲The Hermes Olympics are torture!
