Don't forget that you can rotate the maps in item frames to vary the maps so they dont get repetitive texture-wise (EDIT) You could rotate the garland on the stairs to a 45 so that it matches the angle of the stairs like its wrapped around a handrail or is one long strand

*@iJevin* 3:08 If you want to build up the snow gradually, then *focus on starting the snow layers in all areas with visible sky access.* In all other areas, it would be "natural" that the snow didn't reach the ground (yet), because the snow got stuck on the tree canopy. 2n'd priority, would be whatever you consider to be "windy areas", because then the snow would be dragged into those "windy" areas from the "sky access" areas, and now you can also place the snow directionally & form snow drifts & pile-ups of snow, against bushes, rocks, tree trunks & whatever else is in the way, including the snow filling up holes, starting from the "up wind" direction, just keep in mind that the wind "usually" blows from the same direction, but can be "deflected" around corners & such, if the necessary obstacles is in the way. Fantastic episode Jevin. I love the map art, it adds so much to the atmosphere. Definitely continue it with other holidays, cause it would be fun to play with once this season is over and the server is up. I agree. Holidays shenanigans are a definite must! It would be fun to turn Cubs speakers into holiday music would be more enjoyable that's for sure. With No Poe it might be worth collecting Anonymous ideas from the other Hermits. Especially in areas of expanding the permits. Now one thing I noticed, the permits are only supposed to be for the shopping district. There is nothing on the books that says people can't have shops on their own bases. So it might be worth having no Poe after bases that they don't have permits for. Because it's out of The Poe jurisdiction. And if diamonds aren't exchanged but other forms of payment, the poe can't get upset about it.

I see noteblocks in thumbnail I click and am very hyped!! Noteblock music is legitimately one of the coolest things in Minecraft imo, & this season of HC so far only has Etho's Frogger soundtrack. Can't wait to see what's been cooked up for this episode! Also your appearance on the Imp N Skizz pod was a delightful surprise, very good show ^^

I always love the music you use for your timelapses. That Jingle Bells remix was a ton of fun! Regarding the issue you were having with the record, a potential solution might be to use a tool like Note Block Studio. This would allow you to have the sound of regular note blocks, but exported directly to an audio file.

Ok 2nd comment now I've watched the video properly: the noteblocks sounf so good! Will definitely be checking out the video you linked. And saving them to a record for convenience is so smart, mixing classic minecraft in-game tech with modern data-pack magic. As for song recommendations... Silent Night is a nice slow one, and if you wanted to experiment with ice blocks and gold, you'd have all the sounds you need for a Carol of the Bells :D
