Iskall - there are a few technical problems with your bartering farm. Please like so Iskall can see this. 1. The Piglin farm will lose items because Piglins could throw their trades into the place where the gold is dispensed. This would waste items and lock up the farm until the items can despawn (because if there is an item on the pressure plate the dispenser will not dispense items). The fix for this would be to put a open trap door in the apartment. The Piglins should be able to pick up the gold through the trap door but will not throw items onto the pressure plate. 2. The Piglins are a full two blocks tall so they will not fit in the apartment with the carpet over the hopper and a block above their heads. The solution to this is to remove the top block and replace it with a transparent block (like slabs or glass). If you use a full block (like glass) you will need to push it into place with a piston. This works because mobs will not take suffocation damage in transparent blocks. 3. A single hopper line for the items will not be enough to keep up with the amount of items that are being traded. some items will be wasted because the hoppers will get clogged up. There really is no good solution to this. The best I could come of with is a dispensing system for each module that would dispense the items onto ice. You could the use a stair stepping system (like in the collection for the gold farm) or a flying machine sweeper to push the items from all the modules to a area where they can be picked up by some minecart hoppers that will spread the items out over many hoppers and a few dropper elevators. Some of this information came from a really helpful video on Piglin bartering from someone called LogicalGeekBoy. He has a really good video explaining some information on bartering. He also has a different bartering design that you could use (although i really like it when people come up with unique designs). Thanks for reading all this and I really hope this helps!

There is a way to get the Piglins through a 1-block hole: Give them (their own) fire prot potions and send them through a lava elevator because they swim upwards. Pixlriffs did that once with villagers. Alternatively, why not a small mob-spawning above the roof? After all it was so troublesome to even get those piglins for your current hole.

i explained this to another person but clerics are differently coded with the rotten flesh trades, mojang has changed the supply and demand rates for rotten flesh because of normal mob farms. even if you were to cure the villagers and lower the prices it would go straight back up around 20-25 trades. thus making the hermits rezombifie the villager. it will be more expensive to cure them than the emeralds they will get back in return

Iskall, I have a tip to make your piglins trade Omega fast. When a piglin gets mad while trading, it immediatly throws the item without staring at the gold. Moving a nether gold ore with a piston triggers them, so having a clock that moves the gold ore will make them mad and they will trade omega fast, but it's noisy so make it toggleable!

Strings don't stop spawning, and you need a light level of 12 to stop zombified piglins, so light spam is not as effective for nether mobproofing, especially when you take into account the other nether mobs that can spawn in any light level.

You're going to run into an issue with the hopper chain backing up because you have multiple piglins giving sometimes up to 16 items at once and it all runs through the last hopper. Like so he can see!

You could use Mumbo's idea of filling a standard chest full of the nuggets from a hopper, break it next to you, (with empty slots on your bar to pick them up), and then right-click the gold bar in the build box to create ingots.
