Saturation goes down based on how much health is regened so Ideally you want to take just enough damage to regen to full hp with current hunger and then when you eat it is full saturation.

Maybe consider building your Halloween minigame as part of Ren's Scabland area? It could fit the theme of that place, even if it doesn't get played at quite the right time of year.

I could be wrong but id guess at least several hermits would happily play a Halloween game even with decked out running because its easy different content to mix in. They just have to show up and play you'll be doing the hard part of building and setting up lol i personally love Halloween so I'd be down to see you put something together for it

Btw the Berry Busy saturation trick ONLY works if you GO SLOW!!! Only half a heart at a time and wait for your saturation to heal you up THEN when half a haunch down is when you eat. Knocking your health down 5 hearts is pointless as once you eat your saturation immediately depleats.

Jev is really killing himself going over the same shriekers. It’s really reducing his available time in the dungeon and I’m not sure he realizes just how much it’s setting him back yet. I hope he starts tracking where he’s hearing them soon or he’s gonna get left in the dust by Hypno, Pearl, Etho, and Grian. I definitely think all of them are leading the pack right now in different ways. Hypno in map knowledge, Pearl in deck size, Etho in treasure gathering, and Grian in sheer tenacity, they all seem like real contenders in unique ways. Which is honestly really impressive that so many styles of play can prove to be competitive against each other in the same game. Tango did such a phenomenal job at balancing the game mechanics and providing multiple avenues to success.

The shriekers are reacting to sound, not proximity, so sneaking while eating berries does nothing for you because the shriekers are still hearing you eat. If you hear shriekers go off, best to sneak off the spot first, then eat when it sounds clear. Many hermits seem to miss this mechanic, understandably so since the game is throwing so much at you in the beginning. It’s all so new so I’m not surprised the function of the shrieker gets forgotten.

Now might actually be the best time to build a mini game, as the hermits will want/need something to do while they wait for Decked Out to become available or if it's down for maintenance. I would just find a spot near by Tango's base so that it's only a quick fly away.

It'll be real big brain to see if tango is looking in random spots to see who is learning from him. Because I wouldn't put it past him to give bad information on purpose lol. DO2 is very hard because the mobs bring you to 1~ heart most hits and the random damage from blocks is life or death.

Honestly the Ravengers shouldn't be able to get to the exit door itself, maybe at least one path to the exit, should be 100% ravenger proof from about 15-20 blocks to the exit door.

I'm keeping my comment promise with the D.O. vid. Thank you for uploading. I saw that last run from Tango's stream and it was fun to watch it from your perspective. As per usual, I am impressed with your bold play. You have a talent for the high risk/high reward style. Even if you win less, when you DO win it will do a lot to make up for the losses. You always impress me. I say go ahead with the halloween game. TBH, the hermits will definitely need something to do once they run out of keys. ~.^ Tango's been pretty cheap with them. I think some hermits would have been delighted to start with 20 keys rather than 10... and might have ended up complaining once they ran through the 20 lol! Honestly i think DO2 won't stop hermits from playing other minigames, especially if they're seasonal based! I know Stress and Iskall are working on minigames and Ren I think is too with Scabland! DO2 might be the obsession, but having other games to give people a chance to take a break and not get burnt out from so many runs would be refreshing! You should do the Halloween minigame if that's what you want to do!

Great video but please pay attention to treasure/frost drop noises. They all have a noteblock noise tune that plays when they drop something, you can use it to know the direction and if they're nearby

I am not yet tired of watching these Decked Out runs ☺ I don't think I will be for a while, because I really want to see how all the levels look and what will happen when it's wardens in stead of ravagers chasing you guys 😅😂 After your very succesful Easter event I am also excited about your Halloween game, because the Easter event made for very enjoyable content. However, I understand also that the timing is not good. So not knowing anything about the new game you're cooking; I am wondering if it could make a good Christmas event, or perhaps even leave it on the stove for next year. Just because your events are cool and deserving of not being overshadowed by Tango's game that has just started. I'm not sure that's fair for either of you. Either way I'm still excited 👻🥳

The color on the name of the compass shows how far in (and therefore how valuable) the artifacts are, iirc.

Clank will destroy you if you don’t remember the shrieker locations and sneak past more of them. Sneak and Stability cards will help as well.Standing directly on a shrieker location for more than 2s will trigger it more than once bc that’s the cooldown time of sculk sensors.
