Welcome back to Hermitcraft Season 9 with Cub! Today we add a few more mobs to the museum and make great sure of some previously unused spaces. Then we grab a Wither head from Scarland and move it all the way to the museum for a brand new Wither Pong museum exhibit!

Cleo and Impulse had the ide of doing prop hunt. so many of the items are retextured pumpkins, so you can use an invis potion and wear an exhibit and try hide that way

Oh man, I love when things just line up. The fact you basically didn't need to mess around with any of the existing dimensions and having the Skull stop exactly where it needs to be when it stops. To me thats the best feeling in minecraft, when things just fit in as if they were meant to be there all along.

@@freighter1097 eh not everything in life is symmetrical, but the fact he didn't have to blow out any of the walls to squeeze in all the red stone to get the system going is just super awesome. Either Cub pre planned this long in advance, or he got one of those "double rainbow" type moments.

It would be so cool if you made a dungeon under the museum and took the warden from Ren the King's crastle! That would be another great historic mob that no one is currently using.

Some hermits might not read that they need to press the button only once. Maybe you can instead detect with an observer when the lever is enabled?

I built a miniature pillager outpost once for my peaceful pillagers, but it was nowhere near as tiny as this one, it's just absolutely adorable. I love it, what a great home for Bruce Banner.

In the top of the pillager outpost you should have the goat horn that plays the actual pillager noise when a raid is started, keep up the great work!

Interesting how casual Cub is about having several Dragon eggs to chose from for his museum. 99.9% of all other Minecraft players can’t relate to having more than one dragon egg, let alone the hundreds used to prank Scar, Mumbo, and Grian.

I think you should switch positions between the button and lever. The hermits are way more likely to just interact with them from left to right, it's rare that they read signs 😅 Great video, the wither addition is extremely cool

Can I recommend a museum hide and seek as the building has so many little areas as well as the garden area outside. This could potentially be spread over to Cleo's museum as well. 😁

Cub you should make a basement for the museum. All good museums have a basement. You could then have barrels with signs "crate of chicken from the perimeter" for fun events that happened on the server but little evidence remains of them.

Second FenrizDK comment…blue parrot Gabby delivered by Impulse to Grian as a King’s Quest. Also, there’s a teal parrot with the same name, tamed by Impulse, which he tried to use for the task, but his chat “took him to task” for delivering the wrong color parrot! 😂 I think its been randomly scooting around Mumbo’s base amongst the innards of the vault….maybe a movement like Doc’s dragon, driven by chunk loading and unloading 🤷‍♀️.

It absolutely is important huge and really cool that you set the all minerals record and deserve to honor your hard work in the museum. Personally I think you should at least add a fancy banner above the kiosk that you put the book and sign to draw a little more attention to that spot. You never cease to amaze and inspire me cub 😊

23:37 Be carefull to protect the area around the path of the skull, because otherwise you can have the unfortunate accident of someone falling or bouncing into the path of the skull as it passes and exploding everything. Maybe some glass tunnel?

Love how the particles move along the wither skull in the pong :) How about hooking it up to a movement detector? So whenever a person is moving around on the first floor of the museum, it will turn on? I think that would be more intuitive than having to pull a lever and press a button, plus you wouldn't have to worry about shutting it off when it gets unloaded or anything :) The mini outpost also looks very cool, almost forgot that Bruce Banner existed, nice that he is now engraved in Hermitcraft History :)

I've got a good idea for the wither head (not for museum but in general) if you made 2 pirate ships fighting each other and have the heads as cannon balls with this back and forth head trick. i think it would look cool

I find it super fitting that Piggslriffs is on the wing of the museum that has the Empires display. Despite being separated from his neutral friends, it's not by much and he's near his fellow Empires folk.

Cub just a thought: Etho probably has quite a few rare Hermit heads. You guys played Battle Bane, Etho's PVP game, at the end of the charity stream and at the time lots of hermits were using special skins. He collected the heads to count the points so I am sure he still has them somewhere. Would be a great addition to the museum!

You can do a "shipped to 'this and that place' for exhibition" in random very small empty places, maybe even mention Cleo's museum and the stuff that she has got but you don't. I have seen a museum near my house do this, "Temporarily shipped to China for Gandhara exhibition". This would be cool and realistic as well.

yeah. most of those skulls are actually packs of 4 because doc's wither reactor has 4 withers and the skulls end up aligning perfectly together. it was funny seeing doc trying to find the skull in the museum, with his freecam he literally passed right by it without noticing

This was a banger episode as always And like Cub said at the end of the video "Why are you not subscribed, if your not already" lol I've been a big fan since I got into Hermitcraft. Unfortunately I obky really watched Grian and Mumbo for season 8 and started watching Scar probably towards the middle of the season. Then I started trying to keep up with all the Hermits when season 9 started so I am a newer fan lol. It's hard to keep up with everyone and to this day I still watch most of them when I've got time 💙

Museum WOW-factor idea: Back in Tango Tek's Hermitcraft season 8 episode 10 vid titled "I am the TREE TROLL!" He uses a pumpkin head to become a tree. Much the same as Scars creeper prank this season. Could you make a pumpkin head into a KING REN skin, and then place it onto a mob, to then put it into Zombie Cleo's Museum (downfall of the king) cage?? Otherwise you could build your own cage, and do this exact same thing. If you use a villager mob, you may need to make the skin a little larger then normal, to fit overtop of the villagers huge noses.

Doc was like a professional investigator following your wither skull path lol. I like your museum man. I think you should continue to compete with the other.. and at the end somehow link them up, but keep the separate :) wither pong.. I don't think he guessed anywhere near close to why lol.
