I think the farm only made 1 batch of nether leaves (i suppose it could make more if a really short tree grows), but overall it certainly isn't making enough to justify filtering and composting to auto refill the farm. I think a moss -> bonemeal farm is probably the best choice for autorefilling the bonemeal. (The skelly farm works but it also involves crafting all those bines into bonemeal, and then into bone blocks for transporting, and finally back into bonemeal and manually putting them into the input chests) Additionally once he had a moss -> bonemeal farm he could definitely just use it for autofilling all of his bonemeal powered farms in his base.

The fire charge only didn’t light the TNT because you crouched. I still think the flint and steel is a better idea because they have more durability than a stack of fire charges and are less difficult to craft.

The durability is 64, which is the same as one stack of fire charges. I think u could get a batering system which drops firecharges. All of that said, Flint and steal works and thats whats count.

(Similar to Pearl's shear shop, not sure if it works i have never tried in either java or bedrock) It would also be an experiment to see if people's exp drops are enough to sustain them or if you would need to actually repair them every so often.

For the kill chamber: Maybe just place the TNT, and then tell hermits to replace it when used. That way they have an obvious reference to follow: 1) stand on TNT 2) light TNT 3) die 4) replace TNT 5) repeat as desired

I've built farms like that log farm before (different designs obviously) and I will say, the ONE thing you gotta be careful about with the "leaves" is that if there's any diagonally ascending redstone, it could block that by forming in the space above the lower block. It can easily be fixed with a non transparent block.

You can use the same - or similar at least - farm for getting oak wood, just use moss blocks, you'll receive azalea bushes randomly and those grow into the big azalea tree, giving you oak wood without needing to AFK by the machine.

Tree farm rates - I have a theory that you get more warped wood because you run the timer on the slower warped wood (to conserve TNT) making both rates equal, but then the crimson wood is delayed further by waiting for the nylium to spread again.

X, I just went into a Creative world with fire tick off to test it, and a fire charge directly ignites a block of TNT, unless you shift, which it looks like you did. I'm playing Java edition as well, so unless one of your mods turns that off for some reason, just stop shifting when you use the fire charge. That said, I don't see why that would be a better option than a flint and steel. You can only stack 64 fire charges in a slot, but a single flint and steel has more than 64 durability and also takes up a single slot. You get even more fire starting per storage slot if you just leave full stacks of iron and flint. Plus flint and steel is easier to craft (2 ingredients vs 3), and the ingredients are easier to get, so unless you have a Piglin bartering farm spewing the fire charges, the flint and steel is easier. The only plus I can see is that the fire charge gets consumed so there isn't an item to pick up, but that's not really that big of an issue, especially if the player uses the chamber more than once at a time.

For the nether tree farm, you should hook it up with a moss farm. It is also fully automatic, and a good design will produce an excess of bone meal you can use as a snack, or to grow the trees next door. I only know Ilmango's design, but I think it's about what you need for this, 2 or 3 modules should be enough (all of the numbers are in his video). (I know you can't eat real bone meal, this is for the joke 😉)

Well, the dunce hat is kind of fitting, considering you started your episode by not realizing that the "extend any road" shard at the depot was the one YOU left in the barrel as an example. Of course, nobody else is using the depot, because they think you're charging a shard to do so. At least, that's the impression that @JoeHills and @ZombieCleo got in his latest episode. You might as well remove that donation request. Just concentrate on doing Unique Quests. They're worth the most points, and the only limit on them in the rules is "one at a time, per hermit". That means that, as long as you turn one in before taking the next, you can do as many as you want in each episode. You might want to take advantage of it quickly though, before Ren catches the loophole and rewrites it. 🤠👍

5:00 if you color code your boxes based on type of content, it makes it even faster... say you put all wooden items into green boxes, you just need to do the quick search on those boxes. You can argue that you could do the same without the mod, but the mod only makes it even more conveniant, because you can access wood, stone, and the crafting bench without needing to move.

I inadvertently discovered that if you Ctrl-Tab (And ctrl-shift-tab) with that inventory mod you can quickly go between chests. And with another mod... forget the name, you can do a highlight on all matching text, so the next time you want, say, some sticks, you can type 'stick' into the search, and then ctrl-tab through all the nearby storage until an inventory slot highlights, it's awesome! :~)

You could fix the need to jump up because the Mud is a partial block with carpet. Any block smaller than a quarter block should work. Tango has been using one layer of snow to fix it as an example.

You probably realize this but you gonna need to remove that top chest in the nether stem farm for it to load the items properly from the bottom up without it skipping chests. That top hopper pointing to the side messes with the push/pull priority order of the rest of the hopper in the chain. It simply nakes them out of sync as it tries to push the item before the hopper below can pull the item out.

Hey xisuma cool to see u finally build this up on hermit craft! I just wanted to clarify the experimental results u got with getting surprisingly more crimson than warped. I believe this is simply just a matter of a too small sample size resulting in inaccurate data, e.g. at 18:05 where u go through the logs u got after a longer test, I counted 8.65 more stacks of warped logs or 25% more, which more closely aligns with the 19% higher chance warped has of growing

With the tree farm, it is possible to make a version that is bonemeal positive so you don't need to provide your own bonemeal, and combining this with a tnt duper allows for a truly player free farm

I think you could have put a dispenser above the middle and let the player press it so that it lands on top of them, but then again it might land on the edge and blow up everything.
