The renamed golden carrots wouldn't trigger or if it is a renamed carrot only the specific named one would work? So he could also just try crafting a golden carrot. But a golden carrot isn't itself. It's golden, but it has no value in terms of gold.

@@alecksluciferis4188 in a previous episode, he put turtle eggs at 0,0,0 which for some strange reason, causes zombies globally to to track towards it(only if the chunk with 0,0,0 is loaded though) so during a thunderstorm the fox tries to go there, which kind of wirelessly loads the chuck which makes all the zombies go there. He already has a nether portal chunk loader there so as long as the server doesnt have to restart, the zombies will keep going there lmao. The fox is just like a little upgrade to the original thing so that it has a chance to automatically get turned back on after a restart.

I really think Gary's food is a Target Block: - wheat is Green while growing, and Yellow when done - Target Block is White and Red - it's "not itself" (wheat), it's "something else" (hay bale wrapped in white and red) - it's worthless The only problem with this one is that line with: "it will make you rich and satisfied", I guess you can trade wheat with villagers?

Season by season, the upper limit of crazy stuff on this server keeps getting higher. We're not even 2 months in yet and we already have Tango and Doc making the most broken farms we've seen yet. A farm that kills a Wither every 2.5 seconds, teleporting sand directly back to spawn, and transporting Ghasts into the Overworld have already happened this season

i was thiking more of wheat seeds. they dont fit the colour descriptions but the description of the thing about when you look for it, it is something else: when you find it in villages, its in the form of wheat, and in the plains/forests, its in the form of grass. and its fairly rare because theres a chance you wont get the seed when breaking the grass and theres a chance you wont find a village. Im quite late to this trend and i dont know if he has tried wheat seeds yet, but for the moment, this is my thought process

Hey doc! have you tried feeding Gary bonemeal yet? It can make items in all the colours, it's not really 'itself' as it is used to make other things. It makes you rich but has little value on its own. you cannot find it naturally, but the potential to make bonemeal is all around you. And most importantly: it grows!

Doc, for the love of all that is redstone, feed Gary a target block, its the only thing that fits all the clues. To make it you need a hoe to grow wheat which you can eat and sell to villagers. Wheat is yellow and green when it grows then make it into a hay bale (yellow and red) you may combine it with redstone to make it white (color clue fits). You can find wheat everywhere but you can't easily find a target block in the wild (don't look for me you won't see me). I'm not myself I'm something else also fits because Gary doesn't want the regular wheat it wants the gourmet version that is the Target Block i.e. wheat that isn't itself. Its also a prank within a prank because the answer is a block you use often in redstone contraptions. Now get to it and claim your prize!

Have you tried a regular apple? It can be green, yellow, or red, and has a white shine to it. You can't look for it as it drops from leaves. It's not in caves or water. It's not itself as it begins as something else, a seed. It can make you rich and satisfied as you can make it a golden apple.

I’m calling it now. This will be the a season of the tech Hermits. Between Tango and Impulse’s wither stuff farms and Doc telling people to hold his whiskey and pasta while he cuts an actual perimeter with a world eater, this will be great.

Don't forget Decked Out 2.0. While that is more a master class in redstone circuitry it does utilize some more technical aspects of the game and with Tango deadset on using at least one Warden in the dungeon a lot is going to have to be learned.

I'm going to say it again. It's got to be normal apples which you get from leaves. They are green, when they aren't themselves they turn into apples which are red and whiteish yellow. Which is also why you won't see them when you look for them. Oak trees are everywhere, but apples only have a 0.5% drop chance, so also hard to find. When collecting with a tool like a hoe, it makes them a little easier to find. Everyone's suggesting things and neglecting to consider all the clues at once.

Hey Doc did you try feeding Garry glow berries? Dose not exactly fit but at this point it seems a food item that may have a dual purpose. The Lama road is a really fantastic way of traveling, actually you could store extra items in the lama and go from one end to the other without having to clear extra inventory space. Just a idea cause this was probably not intentionally designed that way.

Doc, i have the same cobblestone generator in my world, and it only breaks when unloading if it's not built in a single chunk. you probably didn't make the mistake of building it in multiple chunks, so you can leave it on, you wont have any problems

Might be in spawn chunks in your world. I've always had trouble with TNT dupers and unloading, even if its built in the same chunk

I think it may be wise to invite hermits to help themselves to the forest that you are blowing up/not using, let them deforest it for basically free wood. (Unless ofc you want to do it yourself) Otherwise that is just a thousand or so trees going to waste. I know its a birch forest but birch can still be turned into sticks or charcoal.
