Iskall is the brains behind vault hunters and probably the player with by far the most experience with the modpack. Iskall is also the only player I've seen make a mistake as devastatingly catastrophic as accidentally throwing out all of his loot. That said, he definitely did what I would have in that situation, harder to lose things if you just get a huge pouch and store everything in there.

This is the reason I never use automatic sort for my inventory, and also keep ALL of my non-looted things on the right side of it, preferably in packs of 3 or 6. That way I remember these 1-2 colums are off-limits whenever I speed dump things into chests.

In the old version of vaulthunters I left 3 boss crates (bigger versions of shulkerboxes back then) full of loot and mostly gear in the vault on accident.

I think, from my guess, they nerfed vaults in this edition so that ifyou haven't unlocked the mod the item comes from you can't loot it in a vault.

The Vault Compass can be set to point to lodestones once you've found one in the vault. Makes tracking them back down easier.

You're voiding not just the vault cobblestone, but also the lapis and coal in the drawer. Take other items you want to void and replace the lapis and coal w those

I actually didn't know that was how you could use framed drawers, and I used my framed drawers I got in the past from mod boxes to make new drawers. But the design that was made in the base makes me think of a retrowave design with the sunset.

you can also use multiple blocks in the crafting grid to set the front and outer sections of them as different colors (see iskalls solo VH series for an example

I use a compacting drawer to store all my coins! Very useful to have all the coin types at the ready without having to craft. Just shove everything in there and you're golden!

After all, she did the same to you. Iskall, the slab drawers are cheaper. I don't recall if they cost less driftwood or chromatic iron, but you should use those for crafting ingredients.

Storage system is great! U can get simple storage network to make it easier for crafts and locating items in the wall of icons

He knows, he's done this many times before. It's just not always the best choice (like in his SP world where he just went for colossal chests and drawers) because SSN causes a lot of lag and just takes up knowledge points that could be spent on other mods such as better storage mods like AE and RF, plus the power mods that are needed to use them

Simple storage has no crafting and you cannot connect it to AE2 or RS. Had I known you can’t connect it I wouldn’t have spent my first knowledge point on it. Still helped immensely but it’s stand alone and nerfed w/out being able to craft directly in it.
