Bhai this is not malfunction of ECU or something it's a feature that Apache 310r has in which your RPM stuck for you to not use clutch in traffic of speed 10 to 20 km/h

Bro it's a brand new product. Koi bhi brand le lo, new product mein fault aatehi hai. It wil take around 1 year for most of the faults arise, and to get them fixed. Ultimately, an upgrade will be launched around 1.5 years after.

I went to service centre after watching your video to see if i have the same ecu issue. But the same is happening again. May be it is still because of slipper and assist clutch bro.

Bro. The bike has major issue or minor I don't know but usually new bike comes with 2 throttle cables and Karizma has single throttle wire. 2nd throttle cable has spring roll back wire.. that tends the bike to lower down the Rpm. And if you can see there is option to place 2nd throttle cable.
