I think the only way you really suffer is if you use a crummy console controller. With those tiny joysticks you have to use to move around, it might be kind of awkward and I can see people dying more easily. But on PC, the master race, you really don't die that often. Those areas are just about as hard as any others, you just have to go slowly

Something similar happened to me here, except I was going through with help....and when I got to the second chariot area and realized it was coming I tried to go back into the safe area....and got body-blocked by one of the other two players and died. I was not amused. Only silver lining to this particular Heroes' Grave is that it's just a Red Wolf boss waiting for you....rather than a *pair* of freaking Crucible Knights! It also didn't help that the place seems to be Invader central. :/

A tip for anyone stuck. There are a series of wooden beams along the wall below the first bridge. If you drop down there,the the next drop down will put you on the crossbeams over the last chariot, allowing you to land on it for the ride to the boss. This skips almost the entire dungeon, and while you will miss a few unique items, it will get you through it vary quickly and pain-free. I'm genuinely surprised that more people haven't found this shortcut.

Even better, just keep going down the first lava passage instead of entering the area with the Page enemies. The chariot won't follow you, the lava damage is minimal, and there is both a unique weapon on the left and a shortcut to the boss fog on the right.

Nah,all you need for these catacombs is the 'raptor in the mist' ash of war. You can avoid all the ducking and dodging and just running through without any damage from the chariots .

For lava, you could just turn your character around and start doing the stationary dodges backwards too. Not as fast as bloodhound step, but also doesn't require switching anything either and doesn't use up FP.

It only just caught me when I was reaching where I needed to be, and pushed me to safety. Funnily enough, you're actually meant to destroy the chariots with the environment. Didn't know that at the time.

Tips: Like many have said, spend all your runes even if it's minor as buying throwing knives or materials before heading through these dungeons. 1: use bloodhound step or quickstep to get through lava quickly 2: you can use raptors mist to the chariot 3: a shortcut i'd sudgest would be running to the third or fourth cover with long holes, look down and you drop onto the wooden beam and wait for the chariot to come down, don't jump onto instead let it head down to the end and come back up than you jump onto it safely, hicthing the ride all the way down quickly drop off and climb the ladder and there should be a stake of marika and a boss waiting for you. There are two dungeons where you can destroy these chariots Finger folk hero's grave and Auriza's hero grave, you can search a guide for these dungeons if your struggling anyway good luck.

Glad I was one of the (possible) few that had virtually no trouble with these graves with the chariots. The chariots also aren't a guaranteed one shot, you just can't wear paper for armor. I had crucible knight armor on and it didn't even do 1k damage.

There's really no need to fight all those guys with the swords/crossbows; if you just run past them all and through the hall with the flame pillar, they will follow you and get burned alive by the flames after you go through.

Find it funny I got recommended this the day me and my co-op buddy did this dungeon. It's also interesting to see the struggle buss happening here. Me and said buddy have been running around with the goat armor (minus the helmet cause the jar just needs to be on don't ask questions) and the chariots only did about 40% of our health when we got hit (40 and 50 vigor respectively). We'd got killed by it I think once each and that was about it. Was a testimant to how amazing that armor just is, considering we commented on how much better it was compared to the full one shot's we experienced in the previous dungeon back in Limegrave. Just entertaining to see that it was entirely the armor literally 'goating' the experience for use XD.

Went in here with 40k runes. Immediately got stuck in a loop of picking them up and dying again. If only I had the wisdom to equip a sacrificial twig. Ended up losing 60k runes while going through. Right before I got to the boss I forgot to pick up around 30k runes. Beat the boss easily and then went back in to pick up my 30k runes. Immediately died and had had enough so I just left the 20k from the boss there and never returned. 110k lost in total. Easily the worst mini-dungeon in the game. Worse than the other hero's graves by far (unless you want to skip all the items and just wade through the lava after the first chariot). There are some endgame dungeons that are arguably worse, but it's a bit unfair to compare those full dungeons to a mini-dungeon like this.

Enjoyed watching the playthrough. I strongly suggest u try equipping a shield (try the jellyfish great shield (I know I know it may clash with ur character's style) it offers a 20% damage buff (spells+physical both) and u can minimize the damage u take from ambushes (also u can guard counter) (while doing a critical blow following a guard counter u are immune from incoming damage). U could use throwing weps to off balance attackers (pots, tarts, ect) if u don't want to weight urself down with equipment weight.
